How do I cancel my membership?

You may ask for your membership to be downgraded to a free membership at any time. Requesting to have a free membership will not result in a refund.

To cancel future membership renewals: 

1. Go to https://thelocals.bretteldredge.com/login and log into your membership.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the "Manage membership" tab.
3. Find the option to disable auto-renew. 

DISABLING AUTO-RENEW WILL NOT RESULT IN A REFUND OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE.
